Another birthday has come and goneâ?¦ I guess itâ??s better than the alternative
Sarah let me pick the place, so we went to Harry's (one of my favorite restaurants in Gainesville), I had the superb mahi mahi, baked french-style, very good with some green habanero sauce on the side. It was a great day spent with my wonderful children and beautiful wife, thank you Lord for so richly blessing me, I donâ??t deserve this.

Zach has really been getting into his Lego's lately, building up a storm. He does all these by himself the only help he gets from us is to find the pieces every once in a while.

Unfortunately I woke up with a terrible sore throat that morning and could barely swallow, a trip to the immediate care center confirmed that I had strep throat, so we notified all the other guest we had invited for Marguerites party to let them know what was going on and they all decided it would be better if they didn't bring their kids over (I completely understand) and risk exposing them to strep.
So the party was a little bit smaller (just Zach and Marguerite) with Pooh Pa, Gra Gra, and Sarah in attendance but they still had a grand ol' time out there. At least that's what I could gather from brief moments of consciousness as I was passed out in the easy chair for most of the afternoon

But a good time was had by all and Marguerite really enjoyed her special day!

At the Fishing for Success Dept. of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences 7922 NW 71st St. Gainesville, FL 32653 FFS hosts monthly events that provide families the opportunity to fish together in a safe and fun setting at the 6 heavily stocked "catching ponds" on the grounds of the Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences. Anglers can expect to catch bluegill, sunshine bass, and channel catfish up to 10 lbs, and volunteers are on hand to help with baiting hooks and releasing fish. There is a casting contest for the kids, where the winners have a chance to win prizes such as fishing poles and tackle boxes. Loaner poles and tackle are provided for those that need it and the events are topped off by a free lunch and a prize raffle (also free), where numerous fishing related items are given to the kids.

Zach had a great time, we cauth about 16 fish some times everytime we cast the line we got a fish, he was thrilled to be reeling 'em in
